I'm taking a 'Psychology for Coaches' course, where every week we learn a new concept and ask the question:
"How do people become who they are?"
then follow it up with:
"Can people change, and if so, how?"
The end of this quote really grabs me: "so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place."
The world is loud, and our past is ever-present. We don't take enough time to contemplate who we really are, or who we are meant to be.
Yes, people can change. If they really want to. It takes work. It takes intentionality. It takes courage. (It takes working with a Coach!)
Who are you meant to be? What are you un-becoming?
