I’m passionate about helping people design fulfilling lives and careers that align with their values. My journey began in the corporate world, where I discovered that my true calling wasn’t just in managing teams—it was in mentoring and coaching others to reach their full potential.

With over 25 years of experience, I’ve led from the frontlines, served as Chair of a Women’s Leadership Employee Resource Group, and earned certifications from the Co-Active® Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Through these roles, I’ve witnessed firsthand the power of self-awareness, intentional growth, and stepping into leadership with authenticity.
