I just finished reading Daniel Pink's book "The Power of Regret" where he shares that people have more inaction regrets than action regrets. It had me thinking about my decision to leave my stable corporate job to start my own coaching business. As nervous as I was about leaving a steady income with great benefits (not to mention incredible people), what was more powerful to me was the thought of NOT taking the leap. Of regretting inaction. Of staying where I was not happy. Of not pursuing something that felt so right.
It's human nature to ask the question "what can go wrong" - it's part of our survival instincts.
But what if, instead, we were to ask "what can go right?" What action would you take?
