Hi,
I'm Christina.
Do you see yourself reflected in any of these statements?
-
You love to learn, as part of your professional development, as well as for your own personal growth
-
You have gone most of your career without getting tangible feedback that you can use for your development
-
You find yourself frustrated that you have jumped through hoops to make it to the next level but remain stuck where you are
-
You tend to take the safe route and avoid risk where possible
-
You find yourself asking “Is this it?” when it comes to your career and your day-to-day life
-
You feel like you are in a moment of transition but aren't sure what is next
This was me not too long ago.
It was time to look at my own reflection and determine
what I wanted the next chapter to look like.

A Little More Of My Story
A graduate of the University of Washington Foster School of Business, I always knew I wanted to work in a corporate environment. My first job was in Accounts Receivable stuffing invoices into envelopes! It wasn't until I became a people leader that I realized my purpose was connected to coaching, mentoring, and developing others. This passion became more evident while serving as the Chair for a Women’s Leadership Employee Resource Group, encouraging women to "Lead from Every Chair." As was true for many people during the pandemic, I spent time reflecting on what I wanted my life to look like, and what I wanted to do next in my career. The more I thought about it, one thing became clear – I get my energy from supporting others in their growth and encouraging them as they fulfill their potential.
“What if I can do this all day?” – I thought… It turns out, I can! After 25+ years of working in the corporate space, I took the leap and started my own coaching business. I called it my “mid-life awakening.” Not only am I pursuing work that aligns with my passions and values, but I'm also intentionally creating what I want my life to look like. (Hint: it includes a lot of reading and time outside walking!)
After completing 200 hours of professional coaching coursework via the Co-Active® Training Institute, I earned my certification as a CPCC, as well as my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I'm incredibly grateful for my journey and am here to support you with yours!
